POD Card Application

Required Documents

• 1. Emirates ID & DOB: Emirates ID and the date of birth of the applicant.
• 2. Passport Photo: A photo of the applicant with a white background.
• 3. Medical Report: Approved diagnosis report from People of Determination Welfare & Rehabilitation Centre (via DHA Medical Centres).

Application Steps

1. 1. Select PoD Card Issuance and click on ‘Start The Service’
2. 2. Sign in with UAE PASS
3. 3. Select ‘Apply for a New Card’
4. 4. Enter Emirates ID for the beneficiary
5. 5. Complete the form
6. 6. Upload the required documents
7. 7. Review and submit your application
8. 8. Receive a unique reference number
9. 9. MOCE will review the application within 5 working days
